If you place an order with a registered account, you can also log in to your account, click "Account" and find "Orders". You will see the current status of your order. You can also click here to check your order status by entering your order number and your registered email or phone number
How can I choose the right size for me?
Everything in our store are true to size.Once you've found our 'Size Chart' page, you'll see a 'Size Chart ' section of the page. Here you'll be able to take your three measurements (bust, waist, and hips) and convert those measurements into various sizes. We offer two size charts: centimeters (cm) and inches. This way you'll easily be able to find your size without having to convert a bunch of numbers into even more numbers.
Will I be charged customs and import charges?
Custom Fee
Orders to the USA
US customers won’t see any customs charges.
Orders to Canada
If the total items are worth CAN$20 or less, there is no duty or tax payable. If the total items are worth more than CAN$20, you must pay the applicable duty, the GST or HST, and any PST on the item's full value.
Orders to United Kingdom
If the total items are worth £135 or less, there is no duty or tax payable. If the total items are worth more than £135, items above £135 and up to £630 may be charged at 2.5%.
Orders to Australia
If the total items are worth AUD1,000 or less, there is no duty or tax payable. If the total items are worth more than AUD1,000, you will need to fill out an Import Declaration, and pay duties, taxes and charges at the border.
Orders to EU country
VAT is payable on your purchase irrespective of the value of the goods.
Orders to other countries
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination location. You may google online for more information about the custom fee to your country.
Sales Tax
Sales Tax is free to the US and other countries.
When will I receive my order?
For Pre-Order Items
If your order has only one pre-order item, your order will be arrived at the date stating on the description of this pre-order item.
If your order has 2 or more pre-order items, your order will be arrived at the date stating on the description of the pre-order item which is with the later date.
If you would like to get the order within 15 days, please order only items in stock.
For In-Stock Items
For orders ship to the United States, it takes 7-12 business days to arrive.
For orders ship to US territories, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, and APO/FPO addresses, it takes 10-15 business days to arrive.

How do I change or cancel my order?
If you've purchased the wrong items, sizes, or colors, or even you've used the wrong address and would like to make some changes. Don't worry and contact us right now. As we're fulfilling really fast after getting your order, we can not guarantee that your order will be changed successfully, but we will do our best.
If you would like to cancel your order, we highly recommend you can think over it again. We believe you will be loving our items. See tons of excellent customer reviews from our verified customers. If you decide not to ship your order, please contact us.
We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible! While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been shipped, you are welcome to return your items in accordance with our Returns Policy when your order is arrived.
Why was my order cancelled?
There are several reasons why your order may have been canceled:
1. The item(s) sold out.
2. The pre-order item(s) stopped selling.
3. We are unable to verify your billing information and/or your billing address does not match the credit card on file for the order.
If the billing address stated on the order does not match with what the credit card issuer or bank has on file, please contact your credit card issuer or bank to verify that the billing information is correct. Once updated, you may create a new order using the correct billing address.
Note: If your order is canceled for any of the reasons above, you will receive an email confirming your order’s cancellation. The full amount of the order will be refunded back to the original form of payment used. Refunds can take up to 2-5 business days to clear and 7-10 business days for the amount to post to your account, depending on your financial institution.
Why do I only receive part of my order?
We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible! Items that have inventory will be shipped first. You can log into your account to check the shipping status and tracking number for each item in your order.
If all the packages are all delivered and you believe there are item/items missing, please contact us.
How do I make a return or exchange?

Why didn't I receive an order confirmation email?
If you didn't receive the order confirmation email, please kindly check your spam folder, search "flaremove" in your mailbox, or check if the email address you left is correct.
It is best to add our email address (service@flaremove.com) to your address book so you can get the future emails.

Why don't I receive my order when it is delivered?
If the tracking says delivered, and you didn't receive the package, please check at your mailbox, front door, or check with neighbors if the package is in their mailbox.
And we would recommend reporting to the local Post Office and asking for help.

My order was returned to sender or undelivered
Package might be returned to the sender by one of the following reasons:
1. The address is invalid or there is missing information.
2. The carrier is unable to deliver your package.
3. The package is refused by the customer at the time of delivery.

Do you have Express or Next-Day Shipping?
As part of our products are pre order items, so we only provideStandard Shippingto United States and other countries.Express Shipping and Next-Day Shippingis unavailable. If you want to get your order in 7-12 business days after placing orders, please only choose products marked with "In stock items" which can be found on descrption of the product page.
Where is the item shipped?
FlareMove is founded in the United States and shipping worldwide. Wherever you're, it's easy to shop from us. Our warehouses are all around the world including United States, Europe, Oceania and Asia. We ship your order from the best warehouse according to the product availability, inventory and shipping address to shorten the shipping time from getting your packages. Like if you're located in United States, we may ship your items from United States, Europe or Asia.
Why hasn't my order shipped?
FlareMove is an online shopping mall selling pre-order and in-stock items. These pre-order items will become in stock after the pre sale period ends which is about 15-20 days. When these items in your order are back in stock, we'll ship your order at the first time. Sometimes, we may ship part of your order firstly if your order has 3 or more items.
If you would like to get the order within 15 days, please order only items in stock.

How do I create an account?

Unable to log in?
If you've already registered in FlareMove and unable to log in, take it easy and reset your password by using the email address you registered at FlareMove, then log into again with your new password.
If you were placing order as a guest and didn't create your account, you won't be able to log in. Please create account and then contact us to assioate your order with your account. Please make sure to give us the correct order number which can be found on an order comfirmation email from FlareMove in your mail folder.
If you are sure you've created account and can't log in, you might be using the incorrect email address. Please create account and then contact us to assioate your order with your account.
There is no order when I logged in?
The order doesn't show under your account if you didn't log into your account when you were placing the orders, or when you were placing order with guest.

About Pre-order
What are Pre-order items?
A pre-order item is an item that FlareMove will be selling in the future but we haven't got the stock in our warehouse just yet.
Our customers can reserve the pre-order item in advance by ordering it so that they can receive it once the stock has arrived at FlareMove.
You can usually check the estimated arrival dates (ETA) on the product page. Please note that this is an estimate only and we can't guarantee that it will arrive exactly on that date. The ETA is subject to change if the stock delivery is delayed by our supplier or due to other irresistible factors beyond our control.
If you order a pre-order item with other products in the same order, the entire order will be placed on hold and will be shipped out together at the same time when the pre-order item arrives.
If you’re looking to purchase an item for an event coming up, we would suggest that you order an item that is already in stock to avoid disappointment in case the delivery is delayed by our supplier.
How long does it take to receive pre-order items?
If your order has only one pre-order item, it will be arrived at the Expected Delivery Date stating on the description of this pre-order item.
If your order has 2 or more pre-order items, it will be arrived at the Expected Delivery Date stating on the description of the pre-order item which is with the later date.
